Destination Reunion offers its customers an estimate for a tailor-made holiday comprising “on land” services such as accomodation , car rental, activities or excursions etc. If our customer wishes to book the services as presented in the estimate (See the paragraph “ The price includes “ ) an invoice will be sent to them by Destination Reunion. This invoice is to be paid in two terms:
When booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount by secured online payment with your VISA or MASTERCARD credit card (ask us a secured payment link by mail) or a bank transfer to Destination Reunion account (IBAN with Swift Code).
The balance for full payment is required within 30 days prior to the start of the holiday.
All cancellation must be strictly advised in writing by e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt . The message must be sent to ashish@destinationreunion.in with copy of your Destination Reunion sales consultant. The registered date of cancellation will be the date of the reception of the cancellation message.
